Planted has set out to reduce meat consumption and protect the environment by producing plant-based meat from pea protein. The products of the Zurich-based company are available throughout Switzerland. In the aim of convincing more and more meat eaters to go “meatless”, Planted is leveraging its research and development activities to develop products with a better taste and more appetizing texture.
